Michael Shaolian

Michael Shaolian founded The Shaolian Law Firm P.C. after a career inside some of the world's largest biotechnology and insurance organizations, including B. Braun, State Farm Insurance, and Abbott Laboratories. That experience left him with a first-hand understanding of how major corporations and their insurers think, and it shapes how the firm litigates against them.

His practice spans business litigation, employment, and catastrophic injury. In one of the firm's first matters, he guided a Los Angeles company's dispute with a Singaporean conglomerate to a favorable resolution. Following the rise of the #MeToo movement, he represented a group of female plaintiffs against the CEO of a major logistics corporation, a case that resulted in a landmark settlement. In catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, he has secured substantial recoveries against powerful defendants and their insurers.
